Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 no. 196 (Personal Data Protection Code) and EU Regulation 2016/679 and subsequent amendments, would like to inform you about how your data are processed on this website.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This privacy policy applies exclusively to online activities conducted with the website movigroup.rst38h.com and is valid for visitors/users of said website. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than movigroup.rst38h.com.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED
The personal data you provide to our Company when using our services will be processed in accordance with the law and in compliance with the confidentiality obligations that inform our company’s activities. Our website collects navigation data, keeps log files, and uses only technical cookies, as described below. It also indicates an e-mail account in the “Work with us” section where you can deliberately provide the personal information in your CV to submit your application to us. Other data provided voluntarily by the user via the contacts indicated on the website may also be processed.
NAVIGATION DATA
Some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, are acquired by the software and computer systems that enable the operation of this website, in the course of their normal operation.
These data are not collected in order to be associated with identified individuals but, by their very nature, could, through processing and links with information held by third parties, allow users to be identified. By way of example, the data in question may include: the addresses provided by Internet Providers, the domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

LOG FILES AND THEIR STORAGE
For security reasons, the recording and maintenance of log files and their accessibility by the judicial police should the latter request them, is imposed. Access log files will be kept, for this purpose, for a period not exceeding one year. Any access controls will be carried out gradually and in full compliance with the rule, in particular with the principles of necessity and proportionality.
DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER
Data provided voluntarily by the user will only be used to answer questions or respond to requests sent. The data provided by sending your CV will be used for the sole purpose of carrying out personnel selection activities.

LOCATION AND DURATION OF THE PROCESSING

The user’s data will be kept by Movi SpA for the period of time strictly necessary to guarantee the correct provision of the services requested – without prejudice to the need to keep the data for a longer period in compliance with the applicable regulations. Similarly, data transmitted to any service providers will be processed by them for the time strictly necessary for the performance of the tasks entrusted to them.
The CVs received will be kept for a maximum of two years.
The data subject may, at any time, request that the Controller stop processing or erase his or her data.

You, as a “Data Subject”, have specific rights with regard to your data (Art. 12 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679) and as set out below:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you;
