Movirelax Italia is born: an elevating chairs unit with high-quality Italian manufacturing. It will later include Niventa, a company operating in solutions for nursing homes.
We start the Distribution of Bowa electric scalpels, a cutting-edge German brand.
Launch of the Sprotte universal atraumatic needle by German company Pajunk. In a few years, it will become the gold standard in spinal anesthesia.
The Biosystems Business Unit for Anesthesia and Resuscitation is born, thanks to the first needle cannula on the market, the Venflon.
Wimed is born: it’s our Business Unit specializing in home care products.
We open our current corporate headquarters in Via Dione Cassio, Milan.
We become a joint-stock company with headquarters in Milan.
This is the year of our foundation which features the direct hospital distribution of Wolf’s endoscopic surgical equipment.
